FMS STORIES 2024

Congratulations to the Class of 2024! And a warm welcome to our industry partners viewing their portfolios.

The past 3 years have shaped our students into resilient and passionate media professionals, ready to make a difference.

These capstone project highlights are a testament of their diverse skill sets, which you are able to shortlist using the search filters under each diploma.

To the graduating class, remember the "S" in FMS - selfless. Think of others and how you can contribute to their lives. Be a team player so that you can succeed together. The future is yours to shape.

I'm proud of all that you have accomplished. I wish you all the very best in your next chapter.

  • Mass Communication

Mass Communication (MCM) is a widely recognised course in Singapore’s media industry, known for training budding media practitioners with skills and versatility needed to handle a variety of media projects. From journalism and advertising, to radio and video production, MCM offers students access to a ‘media buffet’, presenting them with various hands-on learning opportunities to gain industry experience.

  • Film, Sound & Video

Singapore’s most distinctive and sought-after filmmaking course, Film, Sound & Video (FSV) is a course where aspiring filmmakers create content to tell inspiring stories, raise social awareness and uplift communities.

From pre-production to post-production, students stretch their imagination to bring their works to life using a wide array of filmmaking tools, industry-standard equipment and the latest post-production facilities.

  • MEDIA POST-PRODUCTION

Celebrating our second batch of graduates, Media Post-Production (MPP) trains students in motion graphics, audio and video editing, and studio multi-camera production as part of their storytelling technique. Using design principles, students also develop skills in immersive content creation through the production of 3D motion graphics. Core skills of MPP graduates include setting up sound and dynamic audio effects, stage lighting, and projection mapping technologies for 'live' stage events and immersive environments.
